I went on vacation and got my nails done ($150) and within five days of my five nails fell off and the rest are peeling off. It very inconvenient for my birthday trip to Florida. the photos of their work are lying. When I called to get a refund, because I am leaving tomorrow morning, they told me they'd only repair nails 3 days after & no refunds. I haven't done any lifting, or submerged my hands in water. Worst Experience Ever.
What an excellent find!!! I just moved here and needed to "clean up" a bit and this place was lovely. Busy when I arrived, but they fit me right in, helped with the WiFi password and made me feel right at home. Sweet people. Lee was wonderful and attentive to my needs. All types of services offered, but I was only in for a mani & gel pedicure. I will definitely be back for more of their spa services.
Just to let everyone know, this was a horrible experience! I have psoriasis and they acted and treated me like I had the plague. Technician was awful! Owner did nothing! My pedi lasted about 10 minutes when my friend's lasted 30 minutes! Owner and tech said awful things outloud to the whole salon! Shame on you!
I got the best mani, pedi and full set since leaving CA at this Nail Spa! Wendy treated me and it was indeed a pampering treat! I found the experience comforting, professional, efficient and reasonably priced well... (you get what you pay for) it's worth the price. It's a bustling business so that must count for something, everyone that came and went appeared to be happy. It is a full service salon, stop in you will be warmly greeted. I think you would be as well, try it. ~C Oh! The wine and great music were an extra added treat
I Certainly enjoyed my first experience there and the wonderful people that helped me. However, when my bill was rung up it came to $151. So many hidden costs. I won't be going there again as much as I enjoyed it.
