Pila, Heaven On Earth's massage and facial therapist and owner (right next door) recommended M Salon for a haircut. Boy, did I luck out. Emily did a fantastic job on my hair. I was so pleased on how it turned out. I had tried to give myself a trim before going to Aspen and she fixed my botched job and gave me a great style that I hope I can get replicated at home. Very happy with the service.
Emily does an amazing job with color, cut and extensions. I have been going to her for the last few years and she has been my excuse to get back to Aspen more frequently!
WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER!!! These women's work and customer relations is a JOKE. Do not make the mistake of trusting this salon with with your hair. They're LIARS and WILL ROB YOU of the salon experience we all deserve. For what they charge, you could buy a flight to California get your hair done with a professional that not only says she knows what she's doing, but ACTUALLY does, have gorgeous hair, and save the time & money that the M Salon WILL ROB YOU OF!!! I really wish Yelp offered a ZERO STAR RATING because even one star is too hIgh of a rating for this sad excuse of a salon.
The worst $1,400 ever spent, laughable they can even charge that for the service they gave. Sold the extensions for much more than face value and charged prices like they had experience doing extensions. I had to go to someone with experience to get them fixed. Literally looked like work done by Edward Scissor Hands. Didn't offer to even refund the tip, and said she could've helped me if I went back to her... Wouldn't trust them with your hair or your money.
Scout did an amazing job on my highlights and cut. She made it look really natural and styled it for my night out on the town too. Very happy with Scout and Marci's kindness and service. Thanks ladies!
