M Nails Lounge (Colorado Springs) in Colorado Springs, CO

The spa was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and held great conversation through my whole visit. My nails look amazing. I enjoyed the inviting atmosphere. I would recommend this salon to anyone !

I've gone to this nail salon twice and my last experience there will most certainly be the last time I go there. I was really hoping I'd find a go to salon that my daughter and I could go get our nails done once a month and I thought I found my spot, but nope! For us, it's about doing something fun together, the experience of it. I will continue looking elsewhere for us! I went in for a basic pedicure and a basic gel manicure but apparently it was "too basic" for my nail techs liking. She made that very clear. She was trying to talk me into getting dip nail like the client next to me, and kept complimenting how awesome her nails were and how "gel nails were so cheap". Personally, dip nails do not seem very sanitary to me as it's gross that so many fingers are dipped in the same product over and over  but I didn't say that, I just said "I'd look into it and consider it next time". She seemed upset towards me that I didn't go with dip like she suggested. When she finished my nails, she held my hands up and sarcastically said "here's your nails" but like very rude. She didn't put lotion on my feet after my pedicure so I left with dry feet.
It was most definitely not a great experience. I still tipped her as she's a new mom, but horrible way to treat a customer....I actually really like my nail color, as it's a color the nail tech I went to the first time at this salon suggested, and I couldn't wait to go back to try it. He was really nice, altho I don't remember his name...nonetheless, it's my last time going there and I will be sure to pass the info along to friends in the neighborhood.

The staff was wonderful.  I went in to check out the salon before my daughter as it was homecoming weekend and I wanted to make sure they would do a great job for her.  Hannah did great for me and I made an appointment with her for my daughter.  When my daughter got there they had passed her off to someone else.  Needless to say, I was irate and let them know.  They had passed her off as they wanted to make sure my daughter was with someone who could do whatever she wanted. The reason was absolutley good it just would have been best if they would have let me/us know they were passing her off for that reason. My irrateness and daughters anxiety over this would have been 100% alleviated. They did not move her back, but the lady who did my daughters (she doesn't remember her name) did a great job.  We will go back.

this was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. $70 and they took less than an hour. I have calluses on my feet that take a little effort. It was clear to me that the goal was to do the least amount for the most money. I felt like they were running against a clock. Never again. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to in my life. Stay away.

NOT the average grumpy factory-style nail salon. LOVE the friendly staff!! Very beautiful decor and impeccably clean. It's really a matter of comfort and relaxation for me. They were attentive and accommodating to my needs and wants. My mani/pedi still looked fresh after a month because of the quality polish and technique used. You're damn right I'll be back!!
