Not one single customer inside or car in the parking lot and they told me they were booked.

Stay far away! This place RUINED my nails taking off my gel polish. She filed one of my nails almost all the way down to the skin- ouch! I normally do not write reviews, but this seems like something people should know before they come to this place as it's a safety concern. The bargain prices are absolutely not worth it. Save your money and your nails

The salon seemingly appeared clean and the staff were nice and offered a free soda, however my mom and I were in the salon for 4 hours for a pedi and gel mani. They overbooked clients and still took walk-ins even after we had an appt.  We were left waiting too long for our services. They left my mom soaking in acetone for incredibly too long which wore down the skin on her hands and then her fingers were cut badly. 7 of her 10 fingers were cut and 2 very bad. They didn't offer anything to make it right (although nothing can change the pain she now has). I wanted to like this salon, even saw the owner helping out, which is encouraging, but nothing can overshadow the fact that she was harmed during her services. As someone who works in healthcare, this is very bad and they should be held to the same standard as others that provide services. Shame shame

Never going back, every time I've been here I leave with my nails in pain they somehow manage to cut my skin with the nail drill constantly. This last time me and my friend went and we were there for almost five hours. I asked for acrylics and small hearts as a design yet the main lady who worked there didn't even know how to do it, they look like trash. I asked if I could do it myself so I did and she ruined it again. Every worker there does not know what they're doing.

This place looks so clean and nice from the inside! But when my friend came in to get her nails done... first of all it took 4 hours, our appointment was at 12 o'clock, and it took 30 minutes just for her to start because she was late!! And the outcome is not at all what she wanted. She wanted short black stilettos, and got black fingers instead? I tried to be respectful in telling the lady that we didn't like what she was doing to my friend and didn't want to pay for these nails, the whole time the lady was talking about how she knew she does her job good, she even made another customer feel awkward and uncomfortable by showing her my friends nails and telling the customer how the nails were good and not bad. My friend was so stressed the entire time she was crying because how badly the nail tech was cutting her fingers! And I thought it's important to mention, we came in there for a full set of new acrylics. The nail tech insisted that we keep her old acrylics on because it's easy on her nail, it made sense to the both of us but in the end her acrylics were super bendable and easy to break, and we're falling off at a ridiculous fast rate. I don't mean to be rude but it seems like she said that so she didn't have to do the process of taking them off. The company really needs to work on their timing and efficiency, and maybe being a little more understanding and kind to their customers.
