I usually have more elaborate designs, but love this simple but festive look for Christmas and New Year's Eve! I couldn't believe they weren't busy and were able to get me in so close to Christmas without an appointment. I'm fairly specific with my designs and these ladies are always very patient and willing to make it happen
Went in with a picture and received exactly what I asked for, and more! The customer service was amazing, and the nail techs are super friendly! I would definitely recommend!
Ownership has changed since reopening from Covid, but I love the staff. They are courteous, welcoming and always upbeat. They do all they can to make you feel welcome. They keep appointments unlike some nail salons and they are talkative and personable. I've had the most interactions with Shawna and they don't try to up sell me or overcharge. I even had a nail split and needed it repaired and went in and they didn't even charge me. Mail salons like this are a rare and dying breed and I'm grateful I found them.
Let me just start by saying Caitlin and Andrew have phenomenal customer service! Immediately as I walked in I was greeted and placed in a chair. I didn't have an appointment so I was very happy with how fast they got me on. Andrew took his time to ensure my pedicure was top notch! Never had my feet feeling like a babies bottom! I'll be returning in two weeks
Ladies, I'd highly recommend u save ur hard earned $$ & go elsewhere. WHY? My Daughter & I came here 2 wks ago, both got a full set . I got Acrylic & daughter got dipped nails ( 2 separate operators here did our nails. Within 3-4 days upon leaving , daughters nails started lifting. We went back to demand a refund. The older of the sister owned bus. Talked my daughter in2 sitting down & fixing ALL 10 fingers w/I 15 min we were outta there. What?! Another 2 days ALL nails lifted again & they all popped off now. As for my nails. I have a FUNGUS UNDERNEATHE EVERY NAIL ON EVERY FINGER. A GOOD Nail tech won't have this happen & Ill NEVER WASTE MY $$ & NEVER COME BACK. IF I could take a pic 2 show you I would but I can't on this platform,sorry.
