I must say finding an African American beauty salon in concord is like a needle in a haystack! I called last minute looking to cut my natural curly hair into a long bob & Ezelle took the time to schedule me in on the fly! I haven't cut my hair in a long time & she made me feel comfortable & relaxed in her chair, plus her conversations are hilarious & sweet! I would definitely recommend her The service I received was a wash & dry, flat iron & a cut
Horrible at weaves. I would never recommend her to anyone. My weave unraveled within 3 days of her installing it. Do not waste your money or your time. She has no idea what she's doing when it comes to sew in weaves. She butchered my hair and I left highly disappointed and looking a mess. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't even know why she offers this service in the first place when she knows she does not know how to do weaves. The only reason I can think of is to scam people. Luckily she gave me part of my money back, but this experience was so horrific I wanted to warn others before she tries to scam you too.
I been coming to Zella for over a year .. I must say it's always a pleasure to relax and get pampered, without a bunch of other customers around .. so private and a sweet treat to be able to have a little girl talk and get beautified!!
