M.Do Nails in Lewis Center, OH

LOVE this place! All the nail techs are awesome and the updated decor is beautiful. My feet look pretty and feel so much smoother after my visits Nail Quest has several massage chairs, plenty of amazing colors to choose from, and has plenty of space for a groups too.

Got a full set of acrylics with gel done on Saturday 24th, 2019. Lyn (new management) did my nails. She did a good job on the shape but that's about it. The glue she used for tips of my nails was very cheap because BOTH tips for my pinky fell off as soon as she applied ANY kind of pressure. She made me bleed after the cuticle of one of my fingers. She was not paying attention due to talking to Hannah (one of the nail techs). She only put two coats of gel one with was one of the THINNEST nail polish ever. Lastly, as she finished..I asked her if I could wash my hands and she said no & that I had to check out. Personally, I would NEVER come here again. One of my worst experiences!

I have been coming to this nail salon 15 years and the service is a very high quality. I have brought family and friends here and they are all happy! The staff are quick and so good to everyone.

This place is horrible. Unless you can get Hannah the owner don't go (which shouldn't be the only option for good work). I am only basing this on what other people have said. I went there last week only because the place I normally go to was closed and I will never go again. There were 3 people working. I'm assuming one was Hannah because she was the only one doing everyone's nails by request. So I ended up with the other lady working. Where do I begin? She cut all my toe nails way down without asking and they looked botched bc she couldn't even paint toenails without getting it on the skin. The whole time two bugs were flying around me. They post pictures of nails they can't do on their websites so when I asked if she could do an ombré French manicure on acrylics she said no. So I got a basic white set. I showed her what shape I wanted and she got snotty when I left the picture out saying she knows that shape. I am not kidding my nails were sloppy af. And none of them matched. Some nails look like completely different shapes. The polish was old and looks rippled and lumpy, she even left and put some solution in it to try and make it better! the UV gel machine was old and dirty. The station was dirty and they don't even have the pads to rest your wrists on? The best part? Two days later my pedicure was chipped and I've lost TWO acrylic nails. IT HASNT EVEN BEEN A WEEK! AND I paid $90 for it all!!! I have never wasted so much money in my life! You should not run a business if only one person can do nails. Don't go here!

I have been going to Nail Quest for YEARS but this salon has undergone many changes and not for the better. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or are a walk-in. You will be there a long time. May 11, 2018 was my birthday so I went in for a mani/pedi. "Linda" was using the callus cutter/cheese grater on my right big toe and she cut me to the point that (1) a pair of sandals was ruined and (2) I bled for 9+ hours. I was going to go to the ER to be stitched up but there was no skin left over the area of injury. She did clean it and put a band aid on my toe but I was bleeding so badly, she used scotch tape to secure the band aid. I was not going to do the mani at this point (for obvious reasons) and was on my out the door when she insisted that I pay. Never again will this salon get my business.
