hi everyone, i had a a bad experience today at lv nails. i asked for an off white and showed them the color and ended up with purple. the guy doing my nails was very rough and burned me multiple times with the drill after i said it was burning. he was obviously in a rush and you can see that with my photos. many are uneven and slanted and i ended up with a pink blotch on one of them.
I see Christy for my pedicures.... She's careful not to hurt you and really does her best, she's amazing!
They were very rude and insensitive, i asked for my nails a little longer and the lady was just laughing about it and making fun of everything I wanted on my nails, every time she would say something to her coworkers they'd all turn around and laugh while looking at me, it made me feel very uncomfortable. $80 for a basic set, first and last time coming here I'll keep my business at Posh nails.
I've always loved this place! I recently moved back to La Vernia and decided to get my nails done for my birthday! I tried multiple different places in San Antonio and they never got my nails right and they always looked messed up! Coming back here they did an amazing job on my acrylic set and my pedicure! Everything was perfect!!!
I got my natural nails dipped here and for some reason they cracked. Previously i had been to this salon and not had issues so I thought maybe the color was bad or different application. You can see in the picture that within a week my nails were all cracking; they cracked so bad that my natural nails underneath had to be clipped. I text the owner who happened to be on vacation and thought no big deal. He graciously replied and said he would fix them... I came in today and they only wanted to fix 5 of my nails and leave the others the way they were. Then I explained that the nails that weren't cracked (about 4) would look like they needed a fill. Then he decided to say he would redo all of them for 50% off; so basically i paid 56$ for nails that would crack within a week. I told them to just soak off the dip and I left. VERY UPSETTING- i would not be proud of nails lasting less than a week if I was the owner. I will returning back to the Quarry Nails where I normally go.
