Awful job... it is sad when I know the correct process for the nails to be done and watch cheap, shoddy work be done.. I cannot say enough do not go!
Their technique is terrible and they will cut you at least a few times, and when they do the job it is not even done right!

The only good thing about this place is LAM. She does a wonderful job! I stopped in a month ago while in a hurry to get a manicure and Lam helped me. She did excellent. She took her time and the polish was beautiful.
Fast forward to yesterday when I called to see what time I could come today (8-27-22) for another manicure with Lam. I get there and told them I had an appointment with her. Lam was currently doing a pedicure. That was fine. I was going to sit and wait until she was done. The older lady was bossy and told me to pick out my color and someone else was going to do it.
The guy I had had one long tooth in the center of his mouth and his customer service was awful. He was rude and did my full gel manicure in less than 13 minutes. No massage or anything! So rude and he got aggravated with me because he couldn't find the color # I picked out. What a joke. Still had dead skin all around my cuticles when I left and polish all around my nails!!! I literally bothered him by coming in! I will NEVER be back to this location.
This sucky work and horrible customer service is why you never have any customers!!!!! Get rid of slack employees and work on your customer service and nail skills and maybe y'all will have a chance to keep this place open. I will go to a salon that is thankful for their customers and spend my money there!

Basically some of the techs here take pride in their work and some just don't give a crap and rush through it. I've gotten pedicures here a few times and those usually go ok. I'll never get my hands done here again if I even go back at all. My daughter and I both went in for manicures. Mine gel on natural nails, my daughter getting a fill in. Just the fill in was $40! Crazy. And the lady that did mine who said she was the owner did a terrible job. She didn't have me wash my hands not one time, so of course there were little particles of dust everywhere. A piece of it got stuck in my thumb nail and rather then redoing it she took a nail clipper and tried to cut it off my nail! It left a obvious spot that looks like there is sand stuck in the polish. The place is always super dusty and they are always rushing. There are some great techs here I guess you just have to find the person you like and just go to them. Coming in and sitting with just anyone is a complete gamble because they don't care. Just want to get ppl in and out.
