I used to visit this nail salon regularly. I even recommended them to others. The service I received recently was subpar. I contacted them about my concerns, and the exchange was unprofessional at best. I'm being gracious because I understand language barriers may be part of it as well. However, I don't appreciate anyone insulting my intelligence. (See pics for more details)
Very rude‼‼poor service & i will NEVER return....Was told they don't do refills!!?! What nail salon doesn't do refills? So i sat there 20 mins taking my nails off bc I didn't want them to drill them off and boom right after they tell me they can't do them!! I don't understand why they couldn't tell me no beforehand...I felt like they were very racist and i really hope Karma doesn't miss their kids‼‼‼

Recently moved to Arkansas, and this was the first place I tried. I made an appt for a fill-in and was serviced by Ken. I came in with a picture of what I wanted, and he made it happen! It only took about 45 min and was reasonably priced.
The staff(likely) the owners have no problem being rude to customers because they seem to believe there is a end clientele pool. If you ask simple questions they get defensive and dismissive. They talk about customers in a rude fashion while not speaking English. I feel badly for their workers because most do good work and are kind. BUT DON'T QUESTION ANYTHING or you'll get that dismissive treatment. Bad customer service!!!
