dont go here for acrylic sets, they are using mma monomer that is actually illegal to use on nails, it is for dental work with cavities and such and can be very harmful to your natural nails. i was soaking off a set i had gotten recently and it was just mad gummy, acrylic should flake off when you soak it and it took me 3hrs to get my nails mostly back to normal . beware

Ladies please please DON'T come here, I GOT A FUNGUS ON MY TOE NAIL this is the only place I have always got my nails done no other salon. I started getting powder on my toe nails only to found out on my next visit that I had fungus because they didn't do a good job and water stays in your nail!!! Like WHAT im beyond upset.

I'm not a super picky person, I'm not super hard to please, but I feel like the person that I got tonight did not listen to me at all. At first I was asking if we could do a black tip and ombré down and they told me no, whatever no problem. Then I pulled up a tutorial video of something else that I'd like instead, I was OK with not having design, she insisted on putting a design, After she drew it, and I didn't like it. I spent $55 for my nails for fill. And I tipped her $15 because I took her time. But I went home and painted my nails a different color. I tried the same technique that I saw in the video I showed her with light pink.(I'm pretty upset that I don't own a creamy white.) and got the results that I wanted ended up coloring my nails a whole different color because I work in sales and point out things with my hands all day long. I can't afford to look cheap and tacky. On top of that now I'm actually having to spend money and go to a real professional and get my nails done. As far as pedicures go, this place is amazing. But as far as like nail design, it's kind of bad. I guess Julie is a person that I should've asked for( I don't go here for fingers often) but come on. How am I showing you a whole tutorial on how to do exactly what I want and you insist on doing it your own way I won't ever be going here to get my nails done the picture that I posted of in Instagram chat. He is based in Concord check out his Instagram it's by appointment only and he takes a $20 deposit fee. If there's something that you don't know how to do, you should just be out front and say that. And then list whats in your skill set. If I knew she didn't know how to do any type of ombré or design would've asked for a solid color. Like I'm not hard to please, i can shape my nails and add things at home. If I need, I really would have rather she told me she couldn't do it like she told me she couldn't to black ombré tips because I'd need a new set. As nail techs, you are artist. And I know it's not like you like people critiquing. I don't really like critiquing either. But saying "whatever you like" in a almost condescending way and then delivering something that doesn't look good... Like my guy Kevin if he does something and doesn't like it at least he'll be like 'I think it would look better like this' or hey I know it's not what you want let me know if I should take it off and not give you any type of attitude. I asked if she could do the abstract design to try and cover up the center where the blending ombré was horrible, then saw that the design was a little gross to and she insisted I keep two fingers. 100% will not come back here for my fingers. Toes idc.

There is no point on having a appt with this nail shop they don't respect the time of your appt they will make you wait not 5 mines not 10 mins but more then 15mins after your time. I had to wait Intel they were done with the person ahead of me that was a walk in what's the point of having a appt if they don't take you on time! when I asked when is it going to be my turn they state 5 mins only which really means another 30mins after my appt time !

I liked going there because it was convenient. No appointment and I accepted that it meant someone different each time. Well I had the wrong one today. He was rough, filed my nails down to nothing. Of course I did not know his name. He took my good looking nails and ruined them I will never go back. I learned by lesson.
