Although this nail spa maybe clean, and use sanitation. The technician's are not licensed! The "girl" I'd say technician. But she is not A licensed technician! She told me she does not have a license, they just train them.. No!! Not legal! AT ALL! If she was she would know not to cut toe nails the way she did. I am a licensed cosmetologist, and that place, is scary, I am now going to have to watch my toes for severe ingrown nails! (I would not allow her to continue to the next foot once I realized what she had done) Ask if they have a license, if not .. walk away!
Really not a good experience. Last time I was here the woman giving me a pedi was distracted, talking to coworkers loudly and swearing. Worse yet, the pedi was very sloppy and completely unprofessional. Looked terrible. I took the polish off at home - thought about calling for my money back but decided against it, thinking everyone has a bad day. A few months later, I decided to give this place another try. The employees here are just unprofessional. Same thing - loud and inappropriate chatter amongst themselves. More importantly, another sloppy pedicure. I've learned my lesson and won't ever give this place my business again.
