I have been coming here for nails and fill for about 4 months now. The last time I came I for a fill and gel. The nails looked so bad I had to come back (mind you I drive from out of town to get there) to get them fixed. I decided to give them another chance. I got my nails done Sunday the 22nd of October. I got details with flowers. The day I got them done by the time I got home a flower fell off,  and a pearl fell off. The following day more flower and pearls are falling off.I have already had to purchase the pink details and leaves as an attempt to fix it.  I'm waiting to hear back about getting refunded. I'll keep this updated...

I was trying to pick my color and the woman literally grabbed me physically shoving color pallets at me saying "come one" rudely. The nails looked so bad I had to come back (mind you I drive from out of town to get there) to get them fixed. I decided to give them another chance. I got my nails done Sunday the 22nd of October. Update the manager tried to say I didn't spend as much as I did rudely (luckily I have the receipt) I spent $105 on nails that didn't last one day and is getting worse by the day. Everything is falling off on day 3. that is a lot of money to me and this is how I treat myself for my hard work.  I have to spend the rest of the next two weeks with nails I spend $105 that are ruined. No refund, no real help. All I could get was to come back in a week and I had to beggg them to do a different design and fill for me. They weren't going to do anything but make me have these messed up nails for two weeks and then want to charge me $50 to fix them...no refund. Plus they were rude because I complained on their reviews. Also just rude and unhelpful in general. Bad business practice.

The ladies that did my nails were very nice. However the quality of service was not great. One of the ladies made my finger bleed and continued to file it after I told her it was hurting. She did not shape them or make them look very smooth. Was not worth $100 for the pedicure and fill. Also one of my toe nails was broken and the lady just painted over it and did not do anything to fix it. This was my second time going and I have been disappointed both times

I keep going back, thinking I had a bad tech, or they had a bad day, but I'm throwing in the towel. The last trip there, David was rude, refused to fix a cracked nail and then I had 5 break in 5 days. (I have gone years without breaking a nail until Lux) I went back after the first 2 broken nails because it was less than 12 hours. The manager begrudgingly fixed but seemed annoyed.  Now, I'm just done. They have lots of tech and always available, but it's quantity over quality here. The only saving grace was the receptionist.
