I got my nails done by Angel and she decided to tried some eye shadow on my nails . She said she saw it on you tube . And the same day it came off I reached out to her for a refund . She kept telling me that she would cash app it to me . But she never did . I will never go back to that shop again . She charge me 70$ . And it was a totally waste . And she was rude about the whole situation
DO NOT GO HERE!! Not only do they take ALL DAY the work is NOT GOOD AND OVERPRICED! They cut me and didn't even offer a discount nor did they give me one after I asked. The paint looks like a toddler did it and me and my friend both have crooked nails. It is NOT worth any thing they may charge. Customer service is also VERY BAD!
I stopped in yesterday and will definitely be back! I did have to wait a little bit, but I didn't have an appointment. I just got a regular mani and my tech was very detailed and took her time. It was very clean and modern. They must use a really good brand of polish too because my reg mani looks like gel. I don't live near this salon but I think it's worth the drive.
I was hoping this salon wold be good as it is so close to my house but so disappointed. The atmosphere was chaotic and the noise level was astounding. Not my type but place. I didn't even stay. Hope they make some changes.
This was my first time (and last) at this salon. Wasn't greeted or addressed by anyone for at least 5 minutes. They did see me come in. My skin was nicked on 5 different fingers. Two of them bled. The most frustrating thing about the entire visit was 4 children were running around playing in the large pedicure room. The oldest was maybe 6 years old with the youngest around 2 years ish. It was not relaxing. I would not call this place a spa and I do not recommend it. I really hate writing reviews like this, but business owners need to know why people don't patronize them when things like this happen.
Thank you for replying. I am sorry your tech does not have child care and I am actually understanding of this but the adults must insist the children behave. When I express that they were running around in that large pedicure room, that is an understatement.
