So...let me start by saying the male that did my pedicure did a great job. It was the woman that I spoke with upon my entry and exit that I have a complaint about. I have not been to Lux in many years, because I did not have a good experience in the past with their customer service. It came off that they felt they could be rude because they were not hurting for customers. Because I have not visited in years, I asked how much a pedicure cost. I was quoted $50, with gel, because gel was quoted specifically as $10 extra. Upon leaving, I was told my price was $62. I asked for a breakdown, and was told gel was $15. The woman I originally spoke with that quoted me $50, $10 for gel proceeded to go back and forth with me when I reminded her what I was quoted. It's not about the cost, it's about the principle- changing the price and then rudely attempting to go back and forth. Well, I shut that back and forth down by letting her know she did quote me $50 and ending it there. Treat your customers well, even if you aren't hurting for new ones. Thank you!
me and my gf always come to this salon. today i chose to show up and get a pedicure but wasn't greeted when walking in nor asked what services i wanted to get done today. if i didn't ask how long the wait would be i would've never known. no type of communication at all. very rude and dry when asked the time frame. completely threw off by this salon today.
Very rude and unprofessional. I had a concern about my eye lashes, the lady refused to address my concern or even look at my lashes. I've never experienced any nail salon this unprofessional.
Would not even give one star if I could. Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment in advance, walk in and the lady is rude from the beginning. Had us waiting for 30 mins and still nobody came to start on us. We ended up walking out. Should of listened to the reviews on this place! Place is also filthy inside and they do not put any bag coverings for the pedicure stations! Do not go here!!!
