I am absolutely amazed and thrilled at the level of professionalism, love, support, and mutual respect exhibited by the nail technician (Mya and Sandy) and masseuse during my visits to the salon. I must say even when it comes to magical manicures and pedicures Sandy and Mya are the most skilled and compassionate women I've encountered.   It is such a pleasant experience to have the option of enjoying a glass of wine, water, or even a refreshing sofa drink while receiving the services.  And let's not forget the added bonus of chair massages that make the entire experience most enjoyable.

I requested a shellac manicure and a regular polish classic pedicure. Without asking I was given a dip manicure and a shellac pedicure, which they charged an additional $15 for. If you want to have a specific service or design you will need to speak up frequently. I did not know I was getting a shellac pedicure until he finished the last coat and wiped it with a towel. They had put on the light to cure (which I thought was maybe just something they do to dry regular polish quicker). I didn't know I was being charged for a shellac pedicure until after they printed the receipt. I commented to the receptionist that I was confused because I had asked for a shellac manicure not a dip manicure and her response was "well, the price is the same. Dip is better." They were quick and the shop is clean; however, the customer service was sub par.

Literally no. Just no. Save your money and your sanity. Worst pedicure in the fastest time I've ever experienced. Again, just no. Nail tech refused to fix issues and did not care that we were not satisfied. Extremely rude and horrible service.

I have been going here for years and I have never had bad service like I did yesterday. The lady that did my pedicure for one cut the side of my foot. Before that, she made fun of the callus and laughed. She also said something about my big toenail on my left foot, that it dipped a little. She laughed then as well. She said all these things loudly, many people looked over. I felt embarrassed and humiliated when I should have left relaxed and pampered. I still tipped just cause I'm not a bad person. I should have confronted her then but I'm not good with confrontation. I will not be going there anymore.

Got simple dip nails. I don't normally get my nails done but I knew I probably needed one or two tips to even out with the rest of my nails. So I get four tips and after she's done, the nails without tip didn't match the shape of the nails with a tip. And she didn't bother to say or do anything about it. Lastly, I felt as if I was being rushed in how fast she was working on my nails, therefore I didn't bring it up.
