Lovely Nails in Northport, AL

I'm grateful that they took my gel nail polish off but 75$ for this design is crazy (Not my nails, I didn't get service due to the price.) BUT 75$ + 7$ extra for coffin shape is absolutely insane. The usual shop i go to is never that expensive ..

I came into lovely nails at 6 o'clock on a Saturday. They were very rude upon entry no one acknowledged me. I asked if I could get a tow fix that's all I need it with acrylic and a tip and they said yes. No one no one said anything to me after I was seated for 30 minutes. When they finally came up to me after everyone was just walking around they asked what I needed again and I told him the same thing. The guy started to do my nail fix and I asked him where the tip was he continued to put acrylic on without a tip and said we do not do that. I told him to stop and he continued. He finally wiped off the acrylic that he had already applied after I told him to stop and said it was a misunderstanding after they had already asked me twice and I told them exactly what I needed after I was in a rush. Everyone else closes at seven and they knew this and they waited 30 minutes to tell me that they couldn't do what I need it. I would definitely never go back and it's not recommended for you to go either

well... I went to this nail salon 09/12/2021 to get cute nails for my birthday coming up. I asked the lady for a French fullset manicure but instead of the white do a cute color. I proceeded to ask the lady when I saw what was going on if she could fix my nails because they are clear with a small purple tip. I had dirt under one of my nails and she just proceeded to tell me she will fix it. she never fixed my nails & walked away. Then charges me 50$ for nails that look horrible.
i should have refused to pay or ask to speak to someone else but, I felt bad because they closed at 6pm and it was already 5:45pm

Not very friendly! It became very busy because me and my other 4 family members were each getting both manicures and pedicures, not to mention other walk-in clients. I felt as if we were being rushed and given a sloppy job just to get on to the next person. While getting my rushed manicure, I remember accidentally bumping into the nail lamp and the nail artist becoming so frustrated with having to fix it even after I repeatedly apologized. Snatching my hand and being very rough. I understand it's annoying to constantly have to fix customers mistakes but it's not like it's a free service. He shouldn't of embarrassed me the way he did over a small nick. And also, whatever gel polish brand they use sucks or maybe it's their technique...i'm not sure but after only 2 days of the service I experienced chipping on both my fingers and toes! very disappointed

I went to get my SNS powder removed and asked for just a regular manicure with no polish. This is what I left with and they charged me $30 for it. I've never in my entire life had a worse experience. Place should be shut down
