I have been a client for many years and feel that you "get what you paid for"! Damian's new salon is clean, comfortable and filled with natural light so hair coloring is accurate. If I have ever had an issue after leaving the salon, the staff has been very receptive to correcting my issue- satisfaction guaranteed. To the person who complained about the pricing- when I was younger and could not afford salon prices, I did go elsewhere for my cuts and coloring. I am so happy that I don't need to go to those places anymore because Look Salon is superlative!

I don't need a memory refresher obviously yall don't know Numbers cause 1. I'm not 19 2. y'all are adding stuff $185 per hour of color correction that I wasn't even informed about . Still was charged for a hair cut and blow dry only received $20 back out of the $75. Go ahead make y'all self look better but you guys know what y'all did. I stand on what I said about what I was told with pricing.

To get your hair done here, is so much more than that- It's becoming part of a family, of the most incredible, loving, wonderful, and talented people who truly care about each person who comes through their doors. I have naturally curly hair and wear it straight about 90% of my time. Ari always does a wonderful job cutting my tips and creating layers that add volume and are simple to manage with my lifestyle. Following her advice, I feel my hair has continued to grow healthy after a period of no growth and lots of heat damage. She's always easy to talk to, is not "pushing" certain products but rather making suggestions that meet your hair goals without overselling, and very professional. When you are greeted, you can instantly feel the professionalism from the team including the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and I've never had to wait. They stick to appointment times. Some reviews mention cost. However, I have yet to find a professional hairstylist at a significant cost lower than this location. The extra $5-$10 is worth the ambiance and peace of mind in my own opinion. I have never tried color here but it'll probably be the next service I book! 10/10

This was the BEST blowout I've ever had. Ari seriously has magic hands. She has cut, done my balayage, and now perfected my blowout. You have to try LOOK out! The ambiance is fresh, chic, and polished. It always smells amazing in here. The owner did a great job making this spot feel comfy, but also takes you out of the real world and lets you enjoy a pampering hair day. They use such quality products like my hair always last 3-4 days after a wash here. Everyone in here is super friendly; from the vino offered during your visit to the compliments walking out of the salon, you'll leave feeling like a model. I would recommend this place 10/10 times seriously... I mean would you LOOK at those layers girl!!! She perfected that swoop. Love love love.
