My nails were not done up to my standards. They look like a little to get them. I will be going back to my original nail place. when I asked the lady to fix them when I came back she said that was because they were going out for service is not up to par.

I took my daughter here for a relaxing afternoon. We brought our own polish as we wanted a specific purple for her Olivia Rodrigo concert she's going to in a few days. They said it would be $10 for each of us to use our own polish. I didn't understand that and questioned it, Nathan said it's a process because it was gel, like I told him gel polish is a coat light cure and your done. Polish is multiple coats and you have to wait. The bigger guy got attitude with me as they got a second bottle of the same polish to get ours done faster however, the colors didn't match so I had her stop doing mine because it was way lighter than what it was supposed to be he cussed me out in his language. The lady had to redo them 2 times as she knicked them trying to out on my sandals. I stopped getting my nails done by Nathan as the polish or acrylic would never last more than a week due to watering down the products. We still continued doing pedis here with no issue until today when they wanted to charge an extra $20 that's twice the amount of the actual polish. Went to pay for pedi #4 and #5 which were each $38 and he charged $40 for each and the stone massage was never even done. I gave the sweet lady next to me who agreed the charge was absurd my punch card. I will find a new spot especially after an hour later her big toe polish chipped off!!

I visited the spa for a mani/pedi on a self care day with my cousin! My first time ever as an adult and I wasn't sure what to expect! I must say the gentleman helping me was very kind and patient with me as I had a little bit of a learning curve lol. I really enjoyed having him take care of me. I unfortunately did not get his name, but everyone was friendly at this location with multiple people engaging with us and making us feel welcome. I brought in a reference photo for what I had in mind for the manicure. I was having the gel manicure completed on my natural nails which were quite a bit shorter so I advised to use the photo as a reference but to add his own spin. I was happy with the end results! It was a tad pricey ($144 after tip) in my opinion but as I mentioned, I am new to this and didn't know what to expect haha. We were there for multiple hours and he put great detail into my manicure so I was not disappointed. Additionally, I did not go with the most basic pedicure, splurge time! It was a pedicure and gel polish along with a reflexology massage and wax treatment. I have been holding off on making this review so I could include a note on how long the gel polish held up. I will preface this by saying I use my hands incredibly frequently and find myself doing a lot of things water related/heat related. I wash my hands a minimum of 25+ times a day. I visited the spa on 1/20 and went with a Valentine theme nail for the manicure so I was determined to make it to 2/14 and it did! The gel did begin peeling up slightly at the base of the cuticles after about 2-3 weeks. I did end up removing it today (2/14) but was overall pleased with the quality. The gel polish from my pedi is still holding up wonderfully.

This has been my location for a walk in pedicure/manicure for years. I feel like the price meets the quality/service you receive. The reflexology massage is a must in my opinion, so plenty splurge if in your budget. A solid gel manicure/pedicure if you are looking for a location in this area.

We have been going to this place for years. Always have been satisfied except for a couple times which is going to happen at any place you go to for years. Any problems ever had were immediately fixed. My one and only complaint is they don't do the shoulder massages like they used to since they can't find anybody to do them anymore. That was my favorite part of coming here. Our normal pedicure is the number one but if we have time we get the number 11. As for the other reviewer saying there's a weird setup in the corner, it's the kids corner where it's decorated to make them feel special so I don't think it's weird, just cute.
