She is intuitive, creative and she LISTENS to the client. She also advised me on how to care if my hair with the very hard water. I purchased the shampoo/conditioner because I loved how my hair felt and I love the tweaking of the style I'd had for years. My hair feels wonderful. I've found my hairstyling home. I'll be back....
