SAVED MY HAIR!!! The whole building is gorgeous and has a positive vibe going. i had gotten my hair done at another salon and it desperately needed saving, and she did more than that!! my hair has never looked this fantastic before. 100% recommend!!! everyone in there is so kind it's just perfect, will be going back

Written for my sweetheart...Very hard to make a reservation. They rarely answer their phone and will charge you for a missed appointment even though you usually can't reach them via the phone. Reservations are so far out as to discourage you from even trying. To top it all off, their pricing is extremely expensive. I guess if you are a regular and not concerned with the exorbitant pricing, you may like this salon.

I just moved and was in that dreaded search for a new stylist. In my 20+ years of highlighting my hair, I seriously think I got the BEST color from Devin at this salon! She really took the time to talk through exactly what I expected, and you could tell that she was really THINKING it through, and not rushing at all. Plus, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service. I honestly can't say enough about the service, and I will follow Devin to whatever salon she works at!

Short story: Clean, well maintained interior; well trained and versatile staff. They have online booking and a clear cancellation policy. The stylists were fun and professional. They had a wide variety of services and products as well. From what I observed while there, they seem to have a very loyal customer base and a lot of repeat clients. A large wall is covered with various products, and I'm pretty sure wine is available for purchase based on the beautiful displayed stock behind the counter. Longer story: I was about to shave my head I was so frustrated with my hair. I am super low maintenance and only cut my hair occasionally - often it's only when I get to this point. A few people had recommended this salon, and specifically Seth, to me. So on the day that I finally had time, energy, and motivation to go get it cut, I rolled out of bed and booked the soonest available spot for that day - which ended up being with Seth. I was ambivalent about what to do with my hair and was honest about how low of a priority it was to me on a day to day basis. I explained the options I had been considering and what I was and wasn't willing to do with my hair on a daily/weekly basis. He gave insightful feedback and helped me settle on a blunt cut bob. He started conservative in the length and adjusted the cut to get where I wanted it, and finished by styling it. This salon categorizes and prices the cuts as "short scissor", "medium scissor", and "long scissor" cuts. If you're like me and know nothing about hair and salon language, it refers to the length your hair is when you arrive. For me, I went from a long scissor cut to a medium. I appreciate this because they don't distinguish between genders for price - you are charged for the services you receive.

I think this place and salon deserves a review considering how amazing the staff and stylist were. I went there yesterday for a haircut with Megan. It started off we need booking the appointment just a few days prior. My experience with the receptionist was great. She helped me find an appointment that fit my schedule and explained parking and price. When I arrived I got there over 45 minutes early. So I came back closer to the time so I didn't have to sit in the waiting area. The salon itself is aesthetically cool. They use a various selection of high end hair care lines. The shelves were lined with Oribe which I really love. The waiting area was set with velvet chairs and they offer all sorts of beverages. Megan came to greet me and she was warm and friendly. She sat me in her chair and did the consultation. I told her my hair trauma from the past and she was able to suggest something that would suit my face. My main concern was to not chop off all my hair (she kept my hair long) We went to the shampoo bowl and we started chatting and honestly, the next thing you know I was done. I haven't felt comfortable and at ease in a salon in a long time. Megan cut my hair perfectly. I can't say enough about how good my hair looked. I booked 8 weeks out for my next appointment. She's pretty busy and that was the appointment that worked with my schedule and hers. Check out was easy and not awkward. I want to say that while I was waiting I did observe the other stylists and everyone seemed very talented and skilled. I am happy to make the 40 min drive to get my hair done with Megan and I look forward to my next appointment
