Livia Beauty Spa in Batavia, NY

Thought I would spoil myself during the holidays with a manicure. Unfortunately I was more excited about it then the girl that was working on me. She hardly said two words to me "what you want" and "cost". Made for a long 30 minutes. Its a shame, could be the reason why their business is slow but could not fit me in when I requested another time slot - go figure! It does not have the spa like feel nor customer friendly AT ALL! Hoping there is a better nail salon out there that embraces better customer service.

This was the most aweful experience I"ve ever had. Went for a Pedicure and they didn't even scrub my feet, I had to ask to have the nails cut ,and they sat there and talked Chinese the whole time doing my Pedicure , so rude. You would never even know I had a pedicure by looking at my feet. I would never go back there again they are so unprofessional . This relaxing experience turned into me listing to a conversation in Chinese the whole entire time.

This place has a beautiful spa area. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I have been a customer for a year and have never had a bad experience. I have had acrylic nails from full sets and fills. they always come out beautifully. I have also brought my daughter for pedicures and getting her nails done. The whole staff is great.

This was my very first visit to livia beauty salon, i went with a friend for a relaxing morning, although the salon is beautiful the customer service and the mani/pedi i received not the best... the technicians didn't speak to me AT ALL NOT ONE WORD.. well they did ask what color i wanted......i asked their opinion about a cute accent nail on my fingers and all they did was shrug their shoulders at me, not even a smile!!!! The quality of work was also terrible, my mani already needs to be redone a week later, nails are chipping (i work at a desk job) so I'm not using my hands with work so there's no reason for them to be already ruined.... And my feet... well i told the tech i needed a little extra TLC cause it was my first pedi in a long time and my feet are very dry, but yet there i was same night as my pedi using my calus stone at home because they seemed to not do much there! So say the least i won't be going back and wish i didn't tip as much as i did!!!!
