Lisa's Nail & Spa in Gulfport, MS

I decided to go get my nails done because my coworker recommended this place to me. The owner is rude. She says "what do you want" as I come in and ask how she's doing. I tell her a soak off, and new acrylic set. She tells me to pick a color and then immediately tells me to come sit down. I tell her I haven't decided on a color. She tells me to bring the box. So I awkwardly and uncomfortably am digging through this box with one hand while she starts removing my gel polish on the other hand. She removes my nails and put the new acrylic on. I ask for almond and she makes them pointy and uneven. Then she tells me to wash my hands and I ask where is the sink because it's my first time there. She says "right behind you" in a condescending tone. Then I come back to sit in the same chair and she says "move over there". Normally I would think she's not being rude, she just had limited English. However, she's able to speak properly and politely to the other guests coming in and out who I can tell are regulars. Her daughter applies the nail polish and although she's very polite, she's also pretty sloppy. I have paint on my fingers and palm, paint isn't all straight and in unison because she used different direction strokes on the point of my nails. Only $60, super cheap, I tip them $10 each and they're not the worst nails, but I won't be going back

My husband stopped in for toe nail trim. He was very happy, reported salon clean, techs were wearing masks and a very reasonable price. He'll be back.

I love this nail salon. I got sns on my hands and they look so natural, and they're supposed to be better for you than gel polish. They're very sweet and I'll be coming back next time!

Sweet family operated, clean salon. I've had three excellent gel manicures here and two fantastic pedicures. Attention to detail is top notch.
