Rude people, instead of answering a phone question if they are busy, they just hang up on you. Polite thing to do is to explain that it is not a good time.
I asked for tapered square, I got bulky bumpy nails. I hated them, had to go home and fix them myself. Staff is rude and these nails cost me $55
Great salon! Lily, the owner, did my nails today. She did an excellent job - I had to remove an acrylic set and requested a pink and white dip set on my natural nail. I love them! The salon was clean, professional, and Lily was quick and skilled. Pro tip- make an appointment. The salon was quite full when I went on a Wednesday afternoon and many walk in clients were being told to come back later. I was here visiting some family and needed my nails done before my next trip. I live in San Diego where I am loyal to one nail tech. I haven't branched out in a long time but my nails needed to be done. They did not disappoint!!
I spent so much time trying to find the best salons in Worcester that would accommodate my weird nail art requests. One day, I didn't have time to make a trip to my usual place and stopped in here - it being the closest - and I've come back for every appointment ever since. First I need to mention that I've never had someone put even half the effort they do into my nails. I never feel like they're rushing through me to get to another person (or leave for the end of the day, etc). Even though I'm always a late afternoon walk-in. Which leads me to needing to mention how accommodating they always are. Some places will take you as a walk in but make sure you know they're inconvenienced by your lack of an appointment. Here, they always happily take you and take their time to make it perfect :) (For their sake, don't be mean like me and never make an appointment though ) The atmosphere is always fun / nice. They talk and laugh with you. All great senses of humor. I really can't praise them enough!
I went here not expecting much.. I was just looking to get a quick pedicure to hold me over. Let me tell you- I am BLOWN AWAY by how great Kelly was!!! I am a pedicure SNOB and it takes a lot to impress me. I am so happy with my pedicure that I will be back every month. Highly recommend!
