Kelsey colors my hair once a month. She's very timely, listens and executes what is asked of her. The salon is inside life time fitness. It's peaceful. The receptionists are very helpful when scheduling your next appt. I love the quality products they carry. They also offer mani/pedi, massage.

I had Amelia for a blowout, and I don't think she really knows what a blowout is. I've been getting blowouts for years now, and this was unfortunately the worst one I've ever gotten (and nearly most expensive at $50). She literally just used a regular brush and was brushing my hair while blow drying it. She wasn't even going to use a round brush until I asked, nor did she even section off my hair. I was very disappointed, but didn't have the heart to tell her because she's a very sweet, kind person. I should've just told her in that moment that this didn't constitute a blowout by any means in lieu of this review, but my Minnesota-self couldn't handle the pressure tbh... On the other hand, I've had perfect haircuts, blowouts, coloring, etc. from LaTecia at this same salon. I haven't been able to book with her though because she's always booked during my availability :(

Expensive but worth it. Nancy did a full set on me and they were the most natural looking ones I've ever gotten. Seriously nice and thin and not to sharp. Will be back for her.

I received a decent hair cut today. I'm not sure if it was worth the money I spent on it, but the haircut is good. The salon is very quiet, and things are overheard easily. The employees at Life Spa are incredibly snotty and I overhead some pretty despicable and disrespectful talk from the employees. Also, the salon floor and other surfaces were FILTHY. I will never go back there again!
