Liberty Nail and Spa in Liberty, MO

I went to this place one time, and absolutely loved it, the woman who did my nails originally did a great job and listen to what I wanted. The second time I went I had my nails done by the man there, because the girl I originally went to was not working, I asked for a chrome finish, and when he did my pinky nail with it first, it was not the right chrome so I asked him to please do the other one, he proceeded to do the rest of my nails with a completely different color chrome, and when I asked him about the pinky nail, he just rubbed some of the next color over it, and said that it looked the same which it absolutely did not. I left and then just was feeling so crappy about it so I went back the next day and showed them and said that I was unhappy and I wanted to change the color they gave me attitude made me wait about 35 minutes and then change the color charging me $25 to do so. Now a mere four days later And the gel polish on my thumbnail is completely peeling up. I usually wait 2 to 3 weeks for fills and I have never had my gel polish pull up like this!!!  0 out of 10 do not go here!!!!!!!

The vibes inside this nail salon were nice, the people were friendly too. My mom and I got pedicures and we both felt like the quality was mid. The shape of my nails were inconsistent and some of them were a bit wonky. My mom's nail color wasn't even, there was a different amount of polish on each nail, making them different colors. It wasn't a bad pedicure, I would have just appreciated more attention to detail.

Overall vibes were really and ambient. It's been a while since I last got a pedicure and the nail tech was very thorough and attentive.

My partner and I came in on a Sunday afternoon and they looked pretty busy, but they were still able to get us in a timely manner.

I just went to get my Pedicure and Dip nail in this Liberty shop last 2 weeks. Dorothy is usually my favor technician, but they told me that she call in sick so they refer me to one of the man technician his name is Kyle. His sitting right next to the sink. He did a horrible job on my nails and I ask him to remove it and redo it all over again for me and he did, but he very upset and when he file my nail and I feel very hurt I told him and seem like He did not care He just want to hurry and get done so he can do another customer. He also really made me pay 50$ for this???!???? I am not happy at all. I never want to comeback to this shop again.

I just went to get my acrylics removed and I just wanted a clear top so my actual nails wouldnt break and I feel like i got scammed... they really made me pay 50$ for this???!???? Didnt even get all the acrylic off
