My visit was terrible. I left in tears. She cut my hair much shorter than I wanted. My hair is curly and really short looks miserable on me and I told her that. The color was much lighter than I wanted. I kept telling her to make sure not to give me blond highlights because my hair is so dark. Took only minutes to blow dry my hair, came out choppy and looked messy. I asked her to fix it and she said she did not have a straighten. She did not ask anyone else to borrow. When I called after my appointment to complain. They took my number an said a manager would call me. They never did. Never heard from anyone. Really disappointed with my experience. I have been going here for years and now will not go back.

What a disappointment. I made an appointment with this salon because my salon has yet to re-open. The appointment that I made was cancelled and re-scheduled by the, three times. One of those times was with a stylist that was not even scheduled for the time they made my appointment for. Three times is the charm. I did finally get my hair cut. The stylist was great but the woman at the desk was rude, nasty and treated me like I was an inmate and she was a prison guard. I found out later that she was the manager. When I made my original appointment I was told the cost for a woman's hair cut was $45.00. I was forced to pay $60 for a simple haircut with nothing extra. When I questioned why the difference I was told "Oh Well the cost is $60" I could not wait to get as far away from this place as I could. I am sharing my experience all over social media. If they don't want any new customers they should have told me that when I made the original appointment. You know, the one that was cancelled and re-scheduled by them three times.

Everyone that works there has a bad attitude and need reality checks. I just go in there to get bus tickets once in a while and whoever is at the desk, no matter who it is, throws some kind of nasty attitude.

If I could give it zero stars I would......I showed the stylist Renee a picture of the color I wanted and I also asked for a trim but not to take to much off because I am trying to grow my hair. What I got my hair colors I was looking for a light brown and I showed a picture when it was done it was dark brown color when I went in there my hair was highlighted blonde. The dusting hair cut that was done now leaves my hair not sitting right and fly away all over. I had to color oops my hair and I picked the correct color from sally beauty salon and did it myself. My 7 year old cousins could do it better I did it better myself and cost a fraction of the price. Color, Cut and blowout $115.00 what a waste of money never will go back again They wouldn't even give me my money back bad customer service and bad salon. Save your hair and your money and don't go there

I went here for the first time today . I wanted a quick eye brow wax. The girls did a great job! Quick and painless! I will be back with my children and myself for haircuts before the school year starts. I will write more after my haircuttibg experience .. Pros.. they accept credit cards and you can add tip onto them !
