As a busy salon owner, I would not recommend this establishment. I was in town for a few days and was hoping to get a good relaxing pedicure, My pedicure was neither good or relaxing. They were very busy and tried to pack as many in as they could, which in my opinion sacrificed cleanliness and attention to details. There were items that should be disposable, and they were put back in the drawers for reuse. There was a young man (maybe 15-16 years old) doing pedicures. The state requires licensed manicurists to be 18 with either a GED or high school diploma. I watched as Mary did about 10 ladies nails in about 2 hours, never once washing her hands or changing her towel. The man that did my pedicure absolutely ruined my toenails. I came in with regular Polish on and after removing it, he proceeded to drill my nails which now have ridges. I asked him not to trim my nails much and he proceeded to cut them low and crooked. One week after my pedicure and I need to completely repolish my nails. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
They are ridiculous at getting people in and making an appointment makes no difference! They have only one employee that can do designs which is crazy! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!
This was the FASTEST I have ever gotten my nails done especially as a walk in and they were busy! With how fast she was (think I had Mary) the nails turned out great. $33 + tip for gel manicure. Fair price, great work, fast service. Highly recommend. Could have spent a little more time/attention to shaping the nails but overall good experience and I will be back.
Fast, friendly and gives great massages with their pedicures. Been going here for years now. All the girls/guys are good and extremely thoughtful of your needs.
They will take walk-ins but best to call for appointment as sometimes every chair in the house is full.
We had a horrible experience down the street at Pro Nails so we immediately called Li Nails to see if they could squeeze us in. Mary was very accommodating and kind. They did an amazing job and we felt tended to and cared for even on such a busy day. I highly recommend Li Nails for all your needs.
