I have gone to LG Nails for 2 years. I love my manicurist. She is so good. This morning wasn't pleasant. Since they don't do appointments, first come first served. I go early so I don't have to wait 2 hours to get in. Kim the owner started yelling at me while I waited outside, told me to sit in my car. I didn't. Kim started yelling at me when she opened the door. She didn't yell at the lady behind me. She seated the 3rd person through the door first, then Kim seated the 2nd lady that came in. Finally Kim seated me. Kim came over to me and yelled at me again. When my nails were done I went to Kim and told her I would Never come back again. Kim had the Nerve to Thank Me!!! Obviously Kim doesn't need money to treat people like that. I would Never recommend LG Nails to anyone again. Not unless they like being yelled at and treated badly.

welcome and have come to really enjoy getting to know them. I've tried other places here in St Louis and I won't go anywhere else. the prices are great and their color selection is massive. I just love this place.
Literally the worst customer service Ever!!!!! Front desk person has the worst attitude, she is nerves friendly or nice. I have recommended this place to sooo many people and they all come back and say the same thing! She is rude!! There was no one sitting or waiting and she tell me they are booked they DONT even take appts soooo How?!?! This is for alllll of my black friends they are not treated with respect.
Been going for a few years. The pedicure I got was $30, which I thought was a little expensive since I just got regular polish, no gel. It is best to go when they first open. It can get very busy, and you have to wait for hours. They do a pretty good job at nails but not the best.
The daughter are very stuck up and tend to cater to the white clientele. They barely look up and greet customers unless white. The mother very nice along with the other lady. The man does not do a good job. Looking possible fir a new salon.
