I had a threading appointment on August 13 at 7:30am. I know I had the appointment because I got confirmation and reminder emails and text messages prior to the day. I got to the salon at 7:22am and the salon was locked. No problem, I waited around until 7:50am. They were still locked. The sign outside said "OPEN" and listed their open time for Saturdays as 7am-3pm. There was a number to call and text on the door, so I tried both. The phone went to message and no one responded to the texts. I got a call at ~9:30am after my many calls and texts saying that Maria had an emergency and couldn't make it, but they would be willing to give me a discount if I came back later the same day. I understand having emergencies and that you can't given an advanced warning for things like that. But a heads up at 7:30 at the time of my appointment or 8 is more reasonable. I know the loss of one client likely doesn't matter much to them, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

Horrible!!! Worst experience I've ever had!! Called and got pricing for lower permanent eyeliner with 4 week touch up, the receptionist Josselyn was very nice. I went for my first appointment and Maria was looking out the window, checking her phone all while she had a tattoo pen by my eyes, she ended up causing an abrasion on my cornea and I had to go to urgent care to get prescription eye drops because I couldn't even open my right eye. Then went for my 4 week touch up appointment and Maria had me wait so long for her that the numbing cream wore off, so I felt all of the needling of the tattooing, then she tried to charge me more money for the touch up, even though I paid the full amount on my first visit. If she is the owner, she should take more pride in her business and procedures.
