Went for highlights. They were not done evenly. When I called, I was told that I would not be charged to have it fixed. I told the stylist do what is necessary to fix it and was charged another $110 a week later. My hair is now over processed, yellow and white. Not going back
They are all so sweet and welcoming! Emily does my hair and I have been going there for a little of a year. She has transformed my hair into something beautiful! My entire family goes to Lenny's my husband has struggled with finding the perfect cut for his hair and they do the job just right! We all love Lenny's so much! I love to get manicures and pedicures there. They are very reasonable and they can do just about anything you ask them to do!
Not friendly women. Came in for highlights and left with over-toned, light brown hair. Lady braided my hair after so I wouldn't get the chance to say something (since when do they offer braids, usually a curl/straighten) .. then refused refund. Had to put in more money to get hair back blonde.
Not forthcoming with prices. Offered services in the chair with no statement of prices. Too pushy, not relaxing.
This is a five star Salon and Spa. Been going to Lenny for many years. Can't say enough good things. His staff is great, his ideas are greater. My wife loves it there too, especially the pedicures!
