I have been going too Lemon Tree Salon a few yrs now. I came too Lemon tree because I followed my hair stylist Allison from another salon she was at and where I met her. She is absolutely the best!!!! I have been too many hair stylists over the years before I met her. I am very picky with my hair and have had bad hair styles and non professional hair stylists in my past. I came too Allison as a new client. Since the first day I met her she has went above and beyond for me in every way!!! She is an exceptional hair stylist and person!!!! I wouldn't trade her for the world!!!! She always makes me feel comfortable, and my hair looks incredible!!!! I am so happy after I go get my hair done and look forward too each time I go back! I receive many compliments on my hair style everyday. If you want a unique hair experience and an awesome stylist who's worth the experience get an appointment with Allison I promise you won't be sorry!!!! I have called several times and they rarely answer the phone! When someone finally answered I wanted to confirm the special that is clearly posted on their website. The girl who answered said they do not participate in this offer. It CLEARLY states their location and the special price for highlights. Guess they don't want my business.
Went to Lemon Tree in Ledgewood, NJ 2 weeks ago. Had a stylist named Zonia I believe. In the many years I have had my hair done- I have never had such an poor experience. She reprimanded me many times when shampooing and when blow drying - RE: do not move my head. I have been having my hair done for over 30+ years and never had I had such a poor stylist RE: her interaction with her customer. As well, when blow drying my hair she was PULLING very hard with her brush --- my hair is not thick and is shoulder length --I've never experienced such pulling and feeling hair breakage -- once home i see i ended up with MANY broken hair/flyaways to hair. Previous hair cut visits no matter where I went -- NEVER been reprimanded about moving my head OR had pulled hair so hard it hurt or broke hair. Many times I all but fall asleep, while the stylist dries my hair-its relaxing typically. So I have no idea what kind of bad day she was having, but she definitely was taking it out on her customer. Very disappointed.
stay away!!!!! the charge you for everything little thing with out asking my bill was more then double at the end. horrible!!!! they should ask you first if you want those services. so you has a costumers have a right to say yes or no!!!!!!!!!!!
Went in as a new client for a blowout and left a "can't wait to come back for another blowout" client. Kelly did an excellent job at washing and conditioning my hair. The blowout was so gentle and relaxing. Can't wait to go back again.
