The best around, hands down! I drive an hour to go to this salon. Deb is my girl, but every single one of these ladies has talent galore. Whatever you can dream up with your hair, this team of talent can make it a reality. Absolutely worth the time and money to get your hair done right and with care!

I dont usually do this, but I just recieved a card in the mail from Renee the lady who did my hair and it struck a nerve. Couple weeks ago I wanted to get my hair permed I was feeling horrible about myself just needed a pick me up and was willing to pay any price. Renee persuaded me not to get a perm because the "quality" of my hair and was rushing to get me out she seemed unwelcoming to a new client and made me feel uncomfortable. She just cut my hair which about 40 bucks and booted me out, nevermind that I requested other services she failed to acknowledged. Just rude, I will never go back or recommend....once I left I drove to Norton to the old fiesta and Tabitha did an amazing job had no problems getting my hair permed like I thought and she did an amazing job...save your money and go somewhere that actually likes making people feel good....

I recently had a shampoo at Legacy Hair Studios in Wadsworth. It was an amazing experience! The staff were all friendly and personable. They were obviously well-trained and professional. Not only did they take care of me for what I went in for...but they went far beyond. Secret: I was there on a gift-certificate, so they weren't going above and beyond "for the money". Thanks, Legacy! It was a great experience!!

I was debating whether or not I should review, but after some deliberation, I think I should so other people know what they might have to contend with. I will first say that my hairstylist (Renee), knew what she was doing and I was satisfied with the job that she did. I had not gone to a salon in over two years, and so was looking for a cut in addition to some highlights/lowlights for depth. She was not the problem. The issue was with some of the other staff. If I am going to pay over $130 for a cut/coloring, I expect to feel welcome and relaxed. This was not the case. At one point, the owner and some of the other workers were screaming Christmas carols, and believe me when I say strangled ducks would sound far more appealing. I believe my hairstylist said something to them, because they soon stopped after I made a comment and glared at me. Again, I really don't think this is professional. There was also a time when a lady was answering the phones while her hair dye was setting--why would she get her hair done when she was supposed to be taking calls? If I walked into a hair salon and saw the receptionist with glops of hair dye smeared all over her head, I would probably just walk right out. However, the worst part of my experience was when I was getting my hair shampooed. There was this young woman (I think her name was Ariel, she had bleached blonde hair), who reached across my hairstylist to the cabinet above me, recklessly grabbing items, so I wasn't surprised when a bottle flew off the shelf and almost hit my head. My hairstylist went to grab the bottle, but dropped the detachable shower head....needless to say, my shirt was soaking wet. Now I understand accidents happen, but this girl, rather than apologizing, just laughed! That was what offended me the most. She clearly wasn't sorry at all, she found it funny that she got my shirt wet. Needless to say, when I was asked to make my next appointment, I declined. Looks like I will need to find another hair salon around the Wadsworth area.
