I went there today first off they were very rude to me and everyone there could tell how they were treating me this is a very uncomfortable place to be at.....apparently they don't know how to do long nails as well I was telling them the length of the nails I wanna and nobody there knew how to work with longs nails then the lady that was taking care of me didn't clean my nails or cut them as well for my cuticles never saw her sanitize as well....she apply the acrylic very wrong as you can see in the picture as for the fact that they are very thin you can literally see through then a real professional place doesn't allow their costumers to go through this time of situation this was my first time there cuz I just had moved to the area this was a horrible experience for me I literally started crying after I left the place. Lee nail salon is very unprofessional and I do not recommend going there.
I just wanted to take a second and say how nice it is to have great service. Kevin did my nails and he always makes my short little hands look great and I so appreciate that. Getting my nails done at a clean kind place is a blessing and I just wanted to share these thoughts!
Came here to get a pedicure and full set. I was told that they could do both but needed to start with the pedicure so we proceeded the guy that was working did my pedicure once it was done he said have a seat over there, I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails, he proceeded to file my real nails and cut them very short after doing so he went to the back came back out and said he doesn't know how to do nails.....WHAT!?!!? I'm like are you serious? He wasted my time and money and basically tricked me into getting a pedicure knowing he didn't know how to do nails......Then while I'm trying to pay for the pedicure he goes onto say oh yeah i need to charge you for filing your nails... like you have got to be kidding me!!! you only filed my nails because you were supposed to be doing the full set plus you legit just cut my own nails down knowing that you couldn't do nails at all.....like I'm lost for words then I call back up there to speak to Lee because he wasn't there waited on hold for 15+ mins only for him to say hold on and never come back to the phone. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TREAT YOU RIGHT THEY WILL ONLY TRICK YOU INTO GETTING QUICK MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WILL THE SERVICE THAT YOU ASKED FOR!!!! DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!
Went there as a treat on vacation and it was horrible. He practically grinded my cuticles off. I have scabs. The nails aren't shaped right, and there's clumps of product under them. The paint job wasn't great either. My fingers still hurt two days later.
Visiting my parents from California and decided to try this salon because it's so close by.
My experience was great. The salon is bright, open, airy, and has a wide selection of colors. Staff are personable and professional with delightful humor. For this shop to be so busy, it should have many more five star reviews.
Will definitely visit again my next trip.
