Hate $200 dollars for this'll they caught me so many times didn't put the nail to the cuticle

Yesterday I took my teenage daughter to get her nails done. We have been here before and it was not the best but we decided to give it another shot because everyone has their off days. I was looking to get a fill and my teenager wanted a full set. Upon check in the man who checked us in looked at my nails and asked if I wanted a fill and I said yes. He placed me with a girl and put my daughter behind me. The girl looked at my nails and asked me if I wanted a fill or a new set. I told her that I wanted a fill because they were still in great condition but had just grown out. She said okay. She started filing the color off with the metal powered tool and then started prying at the side of my nails with her fingernail. I looked at her strangely because that just didn't seem right. She pulled out the plastic nail tips and started sliding it under my nail to pry it off. I told her I wanted them filled. She said do you see how they are popping off on the edge. I told her they weren't until she started pulling in them. To say I was upset was an understatement. She said you don't want a new set and I said no. She said you need a new set because they are pulling off and continued to pop another one off by sliding the fake tip under my nail ripping it from my real nail. This was painful and not how it is supposed to be done. She continued to use the metal clippers and this fake nail to pry them off leaving my nails looking horrid and throbbing. After this process she used the electric drill bit to sand down the pieces she couldn't get off from prying. THE ONLY REASON I STAYED WAS BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WAS SO EXCITED. I didn't want to ruin her nails that were further along thank mine due to the prying and picking that took place. She finished my nails and did the color I wanted but I will not be returning. She did not listen to me as the client and painfully removed my nails without asking.

Clean, fast, friendly, professional! I went 2/5/2023 and got the BEST service! Come check them for a fill-in and gel polish. It wasn't overpriced either.  I'll be back. I love my Valentine's  day nails.

I visited them today and was terribly disappointed No price list Rude Charge me $60 just for a fill on acrylic nails will never return again Find someone else to do your services you will be very disappointed For the service

This is the absolute WORST Place ever I spent
$65 for my nails To come off as if they where press ons 4 days later. My nails have no shape to them the are filed like trapezoids i went up there 3 times and mind You it hasn't been a week. I was really polite about it and simple asked for my funds back it should take 3 tries at this point no I don't want it to be fixed I want my money back but there argued me down and said they can't fix it. I wish we could charge them every-time we have to go back for something THEY MESSED UP!
