Ok took me a minute but wanted to leave a review. I went in a few weeks ago for a cut and color after a long year of nothing done on my hair due to pregnancy and moving from Philly to the Marlton area. Susan did my cut and she's fabulous! I have curly hair (3C) and I always do my research before committing to anyone touching my hair. She put me at ease right away. Not only does she have the warmest spirit but lady knows what she's doing with curly hair! Loved it! Will be returning in 12 weeks for another trim and moisturizing mask that she recommended. My color was done by Elle. Lovely woman, we had a nice chat. So, I waited long to leave a review because I wanted to live in the color in both my natural curl state but then after straightening it. I love the color when my hair is curly. Like LOVE! She did a slight balayage with natural browns to not add bleach into my hair. It looked great curly. I then straightened it and I wasn't sure I loved it anymore. I gave it 2 more tries after straightening and I think it's growing on me. The color isn't bad at all, she nailed the color I wanted it's just, some of the color felt a little more obvious and blocky when straight then when curly and so it looked less natural with how it was laid out. Not sure that makes sense. Anywho, overall I like this salon. So glad I found it. Def recommend for a curly girl cut with Susan!

I always get an amazing cut from an exceptionally talented stylist. Worth the money spent except the last time. When I arrived for my appointment I was chastised for not coming 20 mins early. No one told me! I was told a wash would cut in to my "cut time", so the wash would have to come later. Then there was no time for the blow out so an apprentice sitting and watching was assigned the task. The dryer was so hot and held so close to my scalp that at one point the angle burned my shoulder causing me to jerk and say ouch! I was also never given a mirror to check the back, feeling rushed I didn't ask. At check out I was told a fee was being charged for using a credit card, "see the notice". The notice was posted May 1st and it was May 5th, should I have known to bring this much cash???? Many clients will return 6-8wks, so in all fairness, it would have been nice if clients were given a 1 month notice on this type of payment surcharge. Not sure I'll be returning and wish I hadn't given a 25% tip.

I made an appointment from Marie on May 6th at 9.45 am. Called just before that time and my home is 5mins away so I talked with them around 9.30 am. I arrived on time but they took another person just before me and didn't obey the appointments. They were telling me to change my appointment to 10.30 am. I just made it and why do I change? Why don't you respect to the other people appointment? Don't see the bulge between your shoulders as just haircut work. Try to use it and respect other people timeline.

I love this beautiful salon. The staff is very friendly. As a new client I felt very welcomed as if I was I was a customer for years. The clients are also nice. My colorist Bri is amazing. Talented and honest with her recommendations. I recently went from a beautiful blond color back to brown. I love my hair it's beautiful natural brown without my old highlights showing through the color. Shelby is my hair stylist. She is amazing. She listen to my wants and guided me to a great cut. I have fine hair with Shelby I am able to get and keep volume. It is very easy to schedule appointments.

Very professional and pleasant environment. If you can afford the prices of the place it is very well worth it. Very clean and they offer free drinks and snacks. The salon is customized with one sections for men and the other for women. The men's section of very pleasant and offers different things from the women's section. All around has a great environment and is definitely worth that fifth star!
