I wish I had read these reviews first. Sooo rude for no reason. Unless you don't care what color you get and very basic don't bother going here. I'm sorry I waited 3 hours & then another hour once I arrived second time. Came at 1pm on Sat very busy so he asked I come back at 4pm. No problem. I understood & didn't have an appointment. Whole time after arriving at 4, keep getting told it's too late, it's so late to do fill. You knew I wanted that at 1pm- Why would you tell me a time to come back if it's too late? I asked should I come tomorrow instead? Pedicure: was basic (there is no massage, clay or wax included) whole nail isn't painted & uneven but still $50! Not sure why- they quoted someone else $20 less. Maybe it's $20 extra for gel. They should give you a heads up. However the pedicure tech was very nice. On to Nails: I wanted DND 1st layer #865 pearly pink & 2nd layer #864 Nude for a milky white with plain white tips. Showed a photo & said doesn't have to be exact, Nothing fancy. (I explained I understand my natural nails alter the color a little) Got scolded & told because I have an overlay DND (perfect color) sculpting powder in warm pink can only use a dark color paint. She refused to fill & then paint with gel polish.... What?!? Since when?!? You just took off something similar why would it not work again. I'm paying so why do you care what colors I choose. She said have your normal tech soak off powder and then come back for a new set. So that's really what it was - Sure let me fly to California just to remove shaping powder off my REAL nails. I don't want acrylics or to be trimmed. I'm not sure why it was such a big deal to fill, shape & paint with gel all same color. Ended up paying just for toes & leaving. The last straw was the man got up said just paint with this and leave -while he tossed a beige sparkle color on the table & went back to his customer. Why would I want a light brown glitter with my pale a** skin. That's nothing like a French manicure. I was in shock. I wasn't even being nasty or anything. I literally was just trying to understand & asking why the issue. I'm not asking for designs, no different colors each nail or different things, just a SIMPLE French manicure. Crazy you treat people this way. If you don't want a customer who normally pays $200 plus tip every 2 weeks - your loss. No need to be so mean.

The absolute worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon.  I went in for a polish change on both hand (gel) and feet.  The technician was really nice but clearly not skilled.  Polish was all over my hands and when I asked to fix it she said it must be the polish so she got another color and tried again.  The same thing happened so she asked someone for help (I'm assuming a manager).  He was able to correct some of her mistakes but blamed it on not being a full manicure but just a polish change.  I have polish changes ALL THE TIME and never with results that look like my 9 year old daughter did them.  When I asked him if he would be the one to paint my toes so I didn't have to go through the same thing, he agreed but was unhappy to do so.  I made it clear I was not paying full price for nails and he refused to paint my toes.  Blamed the situation on me not getting a manicure (which would have been nightmare considering the skill level of the technician).  I have nails that look horrible, broken skin, and had to go to another salon to get my toes painted.  Stay away from this place if at all possible. Drive into Orangeburg or Summerville.  It will be well worth your time.  There is a lack of professionalism and very low standards for quality of work at this establishment.

The team at LeNails took such good care of my sons getting their first and much needed mani/Pedi. We really appreciated their hospitality and laughter. The mani/pedi was terrific. Looks great!

The staff are AMAZING. The salon is clean and very inviting. They have literally every color you could imagine. 10/10 will be a regular here

How do I rate less than zero.  Visiting from New York City   Had an appointment.  Waited half and hour later to be seated.  They guy botched up my nails with so much polish and I gave him a ten dollar tip.  I told him he missed a spot on my toe and he became aggravated.   Just can't beat nyc. Never ever again will I come to this hole in the wall again.
