They absolutely suck they use a more expensive acrylic and didn't even tell me and it completely ruined my nails and it was lumpy they didn't take their time at all
I got gel mani and pedi. I got the Deluxe Pedi for $38 and a regular mani. I expected about $20 to $25 extra for gel on my toes and gel French mani on my hands. The total was $107. That is about $30 higher than other nail salons in Pell City. They did a good job but not that much better than other places I have been and not worth the extra $30.
I did like the service and the staff was very friendly, my only complaint is I was getting a dipped manicure expecting to pay $35 and got to the register only to be told it's $45 and was told it's an extra $5 to soak the old polish off ( which I understand) and another $5 to shape/file the nail. I think that should be told upfront and posted in the salon. But thankful to be able to get my nails done while visiting.
I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at Le Nails. I was visiting for the week and was debating if I even wanted to get my nails done. There were two other customers when I arrived (around 2pm on a Friday), but both were finishing up so I was the only person there for most of my time. Tina did my nails and she was very sweet and polite and she did a great job. She polished my nails quickly which initially made me nervous, but there wasn't an error in sight so I guess she's just that good.
The best part? It was only $18 for a gel polish change on my natural nails and 1 week later they still look great! I'm so happy I found this place that I don't think I'll get my nails done right before coming to the area ever again because I'll want to get them done here when I'm in town. And that's saying a lot because I really like my hometown salon.
Overall, it's a simple salon with 1 tv and about 5 pedicure & nail stations. I don't require all the glitz and glam, so this was just fine with me.
I've been coming to LE nails for over a year. Their work is professional and last at least 2 weeks. They are very courteous to their customers. Love the friendly atmosphere. They are competent in keeping there appointments.
