I decided to go back to acrylics and went in to get a set without an appointment (I was in the area). I was thrilled they could take me. However, I'm shocked at actually stayed for the entire service. The table (and everything else) was covered in grit. He made no attempt to clean it. No paper towel under my hands - just a dirty table. He did my set without pushing back or cleaning up my cuticles. and he did not do much shaping after the acrylics were on. Ever heard of bubble nails? Yeah - that's what I had. I was able to wash my hands before the top coat - but there were no nail brushes for me to scrub. I was truly concerned that I would have an infection after that service. $60 for filthy, subpar service? I will NEVER be back.

I do not know why I keep going back here other than their location is convenient and they have a lot of color choices. I called to ask if the shop was busy and if there was a wait for a pedicure. They said no. I got there in under 5 minutes and every single pedicure station was full and had been for some time as evidenced by where they were in the process. I waited for over 20 minutes, which wouldn't have bothered me as much if I hadn't been lied to about the wait time. I feel bad for a few of the girls working here as they seem to be lowest on the food chain and have to do all the station prep for others. Will more than likely not return.

Prices are a bit high place isn't very sanitary with the tools and my acrylics come out way to thick to look good most the time

Making an appointment means absolutely nothing at this salon because they constantly take walk-ins. I have made several appointments to be left waiting 20 plus minutes or more to get in. The last time I was there which was last week was the final straw for me. I had an appointment at 12:30 and was still waiting at 12:56. I said no more and got up and walked out. The guy I always get has to answer the phone and collect payment from those leaving and it takes forever to get a fill done. Will not go back and neither will my daughter so they lost two customers.

I'm not usually one to do this, but I simply can not stay silent. My mom, sister, and I have been going to this nail place for well over 6-7 years. Tonight my mom and I went to go get our nails and toes done before our vacation. With that being said I personally got a set with a design as well as toe polish changed, and my mom got a fill with a design and a pedicure. My nail design didn't even look like the picture I showed the lady and she started adding her own twist to the design which I did not ask for. My moms was the exact same way but when my mom asked the guy to look at the nail design she had on her phone, she asked quietly and he then proceeded to tell her no and that he had been doing nails for years, and didn't need to hear my moms input. Then while my mom was getting her nails done she then had asked quietly for the top/tips of her nails to be painted because the last time she went in all of the tips of her nails were white. The guy told her no, he normally doesn't do that and proceeded to tell my mom that she made him look bad in front of other customers, and that he's been doing nails for years. He then came back 5 minutes later and told my mom again that she made him look bad in front of other customers and that he lost a customer because she always complains, which this is the first time she's ever spoken up about something that wasn't right. He made her feel stupid and belittled her in front of other customers and staff. After all that happened it was time to pay and the pill was $173. What an outrageous bill. Everytime we go in and it's time to pay, they always seem to come up with a different price for the same thing we get every time. This is the last time we will ever go to this nail place which is so sad because they were fine up until about 2 years ago. I've noticed a change and when more people started to come to this nail place it then lead them into not wanting to take their time, and pretty much rush through the nails just to get money. We've been holding true to them but with today's incident we are now fully done.
