Kristi does not respect anyone's time but her own. I and 3 other clients arrived within moments of each other and we all waited 40 minutes past our scheduled appointments to be seen. Kristi was extremely rude and rushed. My manicure and experience were awful as a result. Take your business elsewhere - getting your nails done should be a treat.
I have been here many times and they usually do a decent job. Today I was disappointed. I made an appointment and they made me sit and wait for 30 minutes after my appointment time. They left me with my nails soaking for 25 minutes. (Which is way longer than usual) Then at the end of my service I was told that I had to pay 65$ which confused me because I pay 55$ every time and get the same service every time. Getting my nails done here has become a negative experience and I'm disappointed by the way I was treated today.
visiting town, got me in, in less than 30 min and that's pretty good when you come from a place where you make an appt n they make you wait an hour n a half, very nice and friendly !! and great service, followed all safety protocols and procedures and were very clean! I also like how the smell wasn't overbearing at all I hardly smelt anything at all I'm very pleased with my service
Kristi does a great job. Very thorough and she makes sure that this manicure isn't going anywhere! I'm really rough on my hands at my job. These look good from day one through to the next mani.
I appreciate how they were opened on a Sunday. Everyone there was super friendly but there were only 2 workers with 4 clients. I asked for a soak off and a full new set. The acrylic is cute but the lady who did them was going back and fourth between me and another client, which lead me having my hand in the acetone for about 45 minutes. This resulted in my cuticles, nail bed, & skin to become dry and fragile. And when she was laying the acrylic she was messy getting it on my skin which dried and harden on my skin. Over all, it is okay place but it would not be my top choice.
