Lavish Skin Care Salon in Bellflower, CA

I had a consultation, facial & peel just left the office haven't started peeling yet but needed to leave a review because this was the best experience I've had so far! First the medspa was so clean which I love and appreciate since I'm a little bit of a clean freak and just post the pandemic. Second I was told exactly what was happening, when it was happening and why. I felt so comfortable and I am so excited to see my full results. I'll be coming back for other services as well. Also love the fact you can text with any questions. So glad I found this medspa - upset I didn't find them sooner!

The receptionist was highly unprofessional. I prepaid for an appointment. I came in and she started telling me I'm going to get charged furthermore if I dont put a mask on, but they dont give masks. (Btw its for a facial, so mask during a facial? This isnt covid era anymore) anyways. They charged my card $97 on top of my pre paid appointment. So I will not be recommending this place at all. Highly unprofessional. Will be taking up to the better business bureau as well.

This place is a ripe off.. They don't don't tell you that you only can utilize a Groupon once in a lifetime and they have you to put your card on the website so when you cancel they can can charge you... Very unprofessional calling a client an hour of to let them know the Groupon can not be used.

The male receptionist was very rude and badly spoken. They said they would charge me the Groupon price but then changed me 45 dollars more. When I asked why they said they didn't participate in Groupon specials, which makes no sense then they shouldn't publicize on Groupon. Groupons purpose is to gain a customer base but. I definitely won't be coming back. and be careful they will apply extra charges.

Absolutely love my facial!! I was looking for a new facility that can work with women of color and I found it. I have a corrective facial and when I went in it, she instantly saw that my skin was excessively dry. She asked me several questions and gave remedies for what I should do. She talked me through the process and also informed me of what estheticians should and shouldn't be doing, what they are licensed to do and what not. There is no upsale for anything but lots of recommendations. Very professional and inviting, made my return appointment and I can't wait to use the products I purchased!!
