This first and last impression of this Salon. They must be so busy that they have people lining around the block to get in. I called on Friday Nov. 8th in the morning and left a detailed message requesting to make an app. for a haircut and style. No back so I called again in the afternoon and left my request again but this time with a female that answered the phone. When I asked to make an app. she stated that she "would have to let the girls know and someone would call me back because they were with clients". Today is Tuesday the 12th and still no return call. I find it strange that the person answering the phone was not able to make an app. for me. Very unprofessional!
