Lavish nails in Bel Air, MD

I initially thought it was great that I could walk in to the nail salon and be seen immediately. There were several nail technicians unoccupied on a Friday afternoon. But then I sat down and the nail technician splashed water everywhere at the pedicure bowl. OK it was an accident, no problem. As I looked around I noticed the area was very dusty. The supplies used were not prepackaged like what I see commonly nowadays. And there was no menu of what services they offered so I couldn't readily see the prices. So I went through with getting a regular polish pedicure and a regular polish manicure and I got to the register and she told me $60. I accepted that charge without once again, seeing any signage of what things were priced at, but as I drove home, I was thinking "hmm I wonder if that was a mistake, that was pretty high for regular not spa services" I called and asked how much the prices were for each service and the person I spoke to said $70. Wow palm on my head! The price went up $10 over the phone. I'm thinking some thing is corrupt there! Oh, and the customer service was not great I won't be coming back. In addition to the other service issues I expressed above, there was someone in training who weirdly crept over without greeting and I was not offered any water like what is common nowadays. I'm definitely not asking a lot, I've just been to some quality nail salons before.

I have been going to Lavish for years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Some days at the salon are busier than others so make an appointment if you don't want to wait a few minutes to been seen. I've be there on several occasions where clients come in and can be belligerent to the group. There's no need to be so rude. We are all there for an hour or so of relaxation. Take you negative energy elsewhere.

$80 for a basic color no design FILL in and 2 days later my nails are lifting!!!!!!!!

I got a basic pedicure due to time constraints. I've only ever had a spa pedicure before but did not anticipate such a bare bones experience. No moisturizer applied anywhere prior to or after polish. VERY basic services with zero context via a menu of services. Won't go back.

I've had a bad experience here before but I decided to give it a second chance. $61 (without tip) for a gel pedicure. The young lady was the rudest person I ever had and now this... my toe is red, swollen, painful l, and completed infected. Never again!
