My mother, daughter and I visited the Lavish Nail Spa on New Year's Eve. The person at the counter was in the process of checking 2 guests out when we arrived, so we waited patiently. When the nail tech/cashier completed the transaction (to include tip distribution) we waited to be acknowledged. The employee sat down with his customer, masked back up and without a greeting barked "what do you want done?!?" I informed him that we would not stay to have any service performed due to the lack of respect and customer service.
I will never go back. I got my nails done on Monday. by Tuesday i had 3 messed up nails. went. ack Wednesday to get them fixed and he would only fix one nail. I never give reviews good or bad but this isn't good customer service.
I got my nails and toes done by Michelle and Alice they are the best with designs and everything! My second time going to them, if u want ur nails and toes done the right way I recommend to go to them!
I have been looking for a new nail salon in charleston to try. I was very disappointed in my service with Lavish. I got a pedicure before going on a trip and got a hot pink gel- a few days later it started turning colors and then turned YELLOW. When I got back from my trip I went back to explain what happened and ask to fix it and they told me since I didnt come back the next day, they would charge me full price.
Made an appointment for 4, manicures, pedicures, gel, powder, tips, and even nail art. We were seated and started as soon as we walked in at 5:30. They did a fabulous job and we were all finished within an hour! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! Best nail spa I have ever been to, and I have been to many!
