Be extremely weary of going to this salon. They cut corners by using extremely harsh products to remove gel polish from nails. I left with my toenails melted off and a couple of them bleeding from the exposed skin.
This has been my go-to nail salon for the last 2 years. Exceptional staff!! My nails and toes always look fabulous. All of the staff is amazing. I enjoy my time here. Keep up the great work.
I used to be a loyal customer due to their good services, but I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of their service lately. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Firstly, my pedicure did not last more than a week, which is below the standard. Additionally, the topcoat of my dip manicure started chipping within just a few days, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, during my last visit, the technician accidentally cut my finger, and surprisingly, they didn't even offer an apology for the mishap. The most disheartening aspect of my recent experiences is that it seems the staff doesn't take customer concerns seriously. I hope they can improve their service and customer care in the future.
