Needs to be more professional when answering the phone. I'm new in town, and the receptionist did not say her name, or the name of the salon. When I mentioned that she needed to answer the phone better, she laughed. So, I said "and now you've lost a customer." She laughed again, and I told her that this is serious, and hung up.
You want awesome hair...go to the ladies at Laverne. Walk ins are welcome but you might have a good wait. Best to make an appointment well in advance of your special occasion. My first appointment was made 1 month in advance just for a style and color but well worth it because Jill Williams was the bomb. The other ladies does a wonderful job too...warm welcomes all the time...kid friendly...and can work all on all ages and gender.
I don't get my haircut often so I picked this random place for a trim. I came here once before about a year ago. I had to wait 40 minutes because I just walked in and every seat was taken (understandable, but if you are impatient then probobly not a good place for you to just walk in). The woman got the job done but it could've been a little more welcoming. My stylised spoke very quietly but didn't talk much at all which made me feel really akward.
