Lavender Hair Salon in Chambersburg, PA

Horrible customer service for what they charge. Was more interested in what she wanted the other girl to order her for lunch than my hair. My cut was not at all what I wanted along with the color she dyed my hair.

Awesome salon. They use high quality products that make my hair feel and look great. I came here when another salon bleached my hair to the brink of extinction. It was just falling off my head. I knew an Aveda salon would be able to help me. Thats when I found this gem in Chambersburg. They saved my hair! I recommend them to everyone.

This is not a friendly salon. While they did do a good job on my hair, the service was so abysmal I could never go back. The stylist (who is also the owner?) is supremely unfriendly. Who would want to spend two hours with someone who is that grumpy and negative? She argued with me about what I wanted done to my hair which is seriously ridiculous. I love Aveda salons because they use high quality products with an emphasis on making you feel wonderful and cared for. This salon does not make you feel that way.

I would love to give this place a great rating, but they do not take ANY Covid precautions. Not a single person or stylist wore any face covering during my visit in May. I told my stylist to do something bold and dramatic. I had booked a full color appointment, but as soon as I sat down I felt more like she didn't feel like doing that much work. So she told me she would do one color of highlights(when I do get highlights I like two colors and told her this(even though I wanted a full color I'd agree to this and be ok). But it's like she just talked over me and said no I'll just do this one highlight. I'll be right back. Here's where the one star comes in. I overheard her specifically making fun of me in the back-walls are very thin and I heard everything. From that point on, she could have shaved my head or given me the best haircut of my life. It would't have mattered. People come to get their hair cut, or nails done, etc to feel better about themselves. I walked in with a great mood but cried the whole way home. Never again.

I would love to give this salon a higher ranking. I have been there several times and the price charged is inflated for the cut and service. I have been charged various prices for the exact same service. The last time I went and received the same highlights I always get, my hair was over processed to the point that combing it made entire clumps fall out. The stylist knew this as well. No protein/collegan treatment was offered. Never again will I go there.
