I just moved to the area and was looking for a new hair salon and decided to give Mirror Mirror a try. I went online and booked an appointment with Jovi. My appointment was for noon on Friday so I arranged my work schedule so I could go during my lunch break. I showed up five minutes early but there was no one at the front desk to check me in and I stood around for a few minutes before another stylist asked who I had an appointment with, and then told me to have a seat. Once I had a seat, I could see Jovi still working on a client and it looked like she was about halfway through curling her hair to wrap up the appt. I was a little worried as it was now past our appointment time but I figured she would come over and let me know if she was going to be running late. I sat there until it was 10 minutes past my appointment time, and it seemed as if Jovi was in no hurry. I let the Front Desk know that I would be leaving and I ended up leaving without getting my haircut. It was an offputting experience to be within eye sight of my hairdresser and her not acknowledge me or even let me know she was gonna be running a few minutes late. It's also worth noting that the Salon is a very large and there were multiple hairdressers cutting hair for several people, but there were several people that just seemed to be hanging out in the salon as well (including a child running around). The prices posted are very reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for but I am willing to spend a little more money to have a relaxing and personable experience.

Definitely fucked my hair and beard up mistakes them for someone else unfortunately I paid the price.

I was in town for a week and needed a cut and color. I had a fantastic experience with Jovi! It can be tricky to find a stylist when traveling and she exceeded my expectations!

What a great experience I had at my first visit to Mirror Mirror!!   This salon is absolutely the total package!   From the first friendly and chatty phone call (with Kathy) for an appointment and having all my questions answered to the most wonderful shampoo/scalp & neck massage (with Mary).  One of the friendliest and fun salons I've ever been to!   Mary was so interested in knowing what I wanted, needed or preferred.  She made sure I understood every step we were going through.   I absolutely loved the final outcome.  Totally felt like I not only found my home salon, but I also had made some new great friends!!!  Awesome!!
