Wendy is a great stylist. She promotes growing and maintaining healthy hair and is very knowledgeable about hair care products and hair, not to mention she is friendly and down to earth.I would highly recommended her.

I called for an appointment with short notice. It was my first time calling. I was met at the door by a pleasant person. I walked inside to an exceptional salon. A very early appointment and little to no wait time. Wendy was funny and honestly genuine. I will recommend the salon. Thank you Wendy!

I have been gwtting my hair done by Wendy for over four years, not only do I get quality service, Wendy is personable, genuinely kind and such a positive , warm presence. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review because I want to be fair. I had been going to Lattitudes The Salon for almost a year. I finally gave up. I have been getting my hair done every week since 1977. I know this review is long and it's not even half the story. It's "my" story/experience. Yours may not be the same. The good: The salon is nice and clean. Wendy and her assistant are sweethearts. The bad: Late most of the time, not flexible or accommodating to your schedule. My appointment started out every Saturday at 8:00 a.m., then it was moved to every Saturday at 8:30 a.m., then it was moved again to every Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Now, I would think if I have a 9:30 a.m. appointment I would not get a last minute text asking me to come at 9:45 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. because she forgot to wash towels. (WTF do I care!?!) Always an excuse! If I had known she was going to be late I could have taken the time to wash too. I am always on time because I feel it is disrespectful of others' time if I am late. I also tried to schedule my weekly appointments for Thursday evenings. I get off work at 5:00 p.m. Nope, Thursday evening does not work for her, she has to go home. I thought most stylist take their last client at 6:00 or 7:00? Now, this is where things got ugly. I mentioned I had been going to the salon weekly for almost a year. Every other week my hair was a complete mess. I would have to go home and restyle, re-curl, re-something to my hair. On April 15, 2017 I went to get my hair done, left the salon and started running errands. I saw the reflection of my hair in the window and was like WTF. I went straight home and tried to restyle, re-curl, or re-something to my hair, none of that was working. My hair started shedding really bad and breaking off. I do wear a short-cut and I am growing out of the perm on top so I expected some shedding, but not as much as I saw falling in the sink. It's Saturday and I can't do a thing with my hair, I have plans with friends this evening. More importantly, I have to go to work Monday. I called Wendy who had left the shop early to go to a baby shower. She texted back that she was at the shower and she would contact me later. Later would not work for me because I had plans with friends at 5:00 p.m. I already told you she is not accommodating, even if it's her f*^k up. But, who wants to spend another two to three hours sitting in a salon. I decided I was done! I suffer through work on Monday and I take Tuesday off. Yep, I took the day off! I refuse to go to work with my hair looking the way it did, that's how bad it was. On Tuesday, (three days after I wasted my money and time) I find another stylist to do my hair. She was on time, she did an amazing job and I have a standing appointment for every Thursday evening. I must also say that tomorrow will be a week since my new stylist did my hair and my hair still looks good. I'm still getting compliments. I hadn't received a compliment on my hair in so long I had to look around to see if the woman was talking to me. On Thursday, April 20, 2017 I get an email/text asking me to confirm my appointment for Saturday, April 22, 2017 a week after my hair disaster. Are you kidding me? I did not waste my time responding. On Saturday, April 22, 2017 I get a text asking me to come at 9:45 a.m., instead of 9:30 a.m. She's running late again! On Monday, April 24, 2017 (over a week later) I get a text from her apologizing and stating she wanted to fix "my hair situation." Did she think I was walking around all this time with my hair looking like s*%t? Girl BYE! One more thing, I see a recent review posted by David N. He gave her 5-stars. He's also her husband! LMAO! Okay, one more thing. Bring cash because she will charge you a percentage to use Square.

when you want it done right, when you need to make that impression "WENDY" is the go to person. she has a quality that most stylists lack: PROMOTE HEALTHY HAIR. nice atmosphere, clean, wifi, non-smoking, no males in the front hanging out, decent upbeat music selection. a million thank you'z on handz down A-1 creations on my hair do'z
