I stumbled across this hidden gem while walking to my car after a day of shopping in Madison. You would never expect there to be such a nice lash studio tucked away back there. I decided to try it for an eyebrow wax and it has now turned into my go to place for my eyebrows. I drive all the way from Union to see Mary Ellen for my eyebrows. I have also sent numerous friends to her for eye lash extensions and hear nothing but raving reviews for both Mary Ellen and Carolina. They are speedy and the lashes last for a very long time. Mary Ellen is very personable and makes you feel like family everytime you walk into the salon. I highly recommend this place for both eyebrows and eyelashes.

Mary Ann is great. Studio is relaxing and clean, technique and professionalism is outstanding (and I've been getting extensions for 5+ years!!). Booking my 1st fill this week but honestly could wait as I've only lost 2-3 lashes which is unheard of. Love this place!!!

Terrible customer service , I was unhappy with my service since my $250 mink lashes fell Out after 4 days, I notified the company and got zero response .

I came into the salon with previous extensions that were about 15-16 inches in length. I explained that I wanted them as full and long as they could be, while still making sure that my natural lashes weren't getting harmed. My technician told me they would still be full and long, just not AS long as the ones I had some into the salon with. After she was done, i realized I made a huge mistake! The lashes were not a little shorter, they were the SHORTEST EYELASHES EXTENSIONS I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I was overwhelmed because I had no idea they would be such a natural look- I explained to my technician I was looking for a dramatic look, if I knew I was going to get eyelashes that were the same length as my own with mascara I wouldn't have gone through with it! I went right back in to the business crying, explaining that I was very unhappy but they just kept telling me to wait couple days and that they looked good. I knew if I waited a couple days I would feel the same, it was not the style I wanted and If I knew that was what I was going to get I wouldn't have went to them. I then called later in the day, asking if there was anything they could do and they basically kept telling there was nothing they could do and did not offer to have me come back or any kind of refund/credit for the service. Any business that has unsatisfied customers should do anything possible to make sure their client is happy with their services. Clients come #1 in businesses, and they seem to care that I was very upset and paid $200 for eyelashes I did not like at all. They did not offer ANY resolution whatsoever, and as a very unsatisfied customer, I will not be returning. The manager on the phone also wasn't very compassionate, she actually said my previous eyelashes looked terrible when I came in. I'm not sure about you, but that something you never say to a client. You guys should improve your customer service to keep especially new customers around.
